Making BABYZEN YOYO the most popular compact pram in the UK
Founded in 2009 in France, BABYZEN™ was born out of the ambition to create a stroller that would make parenting easier. The idea came to co-founder and CEO Julien Chaudeurge who, together with his father, Jean-Michel, a famous product designer in the baby product industry and founding partner of BABYZEN™, created the ZEN stroller designed to fit the mobility needs of families in the urban landscape.
In 2012 our company introduced BABYZEN’s first stroller, the YOYO, to the UK and Ireland markets which quickly became a hit among parents due to its innovative design, compact size, and stylish looks.

In 2013 our company introduced BABYZEN’s first stroller, the YOYO, to the UK and Ireland markets which quickly became a hit among parents due to its innovative design, compact size, and stylish looks.
Over the years, BABYZEN’s popularity continued to grow, and the brand became one of the most well-known and trusted names in the stroller market. However, in 2021, the company was sold to another stroller manufacturer, Stokke, who took over the distribution, sales, customer support and marketing in total capacity.
We are proud to be part of BABYZEN’s journey. Helping them become a well-known stroller brand in the UK and Ireland is a testament of our team’s dedication. The sale of the company to Stokke has opened up new opportunities for Whitestep, and we expect to see more exciting developments in the future.
